1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 44duit ("Company", "We", "Platform"). These Terms govern the use of the 44duit website, mobile application, and all related services.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 44duit platform, you expressly and implicitly acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.
